Causes of Vomiting after getting Fed

1. Overeating-

This is one common reason why babies vomit. Whenever you are feeding your baby with a bottle, they tend to overeat. Since preparing formula milk is easy, moms tend to give more milk than required. Babies have tiny stomachs; they cannot hold too much milk. This is the reason they need a lot of smaller feedings. Drinking too much milk at one time comes out in the form of Vomit.

2. Not burping properly-

Just like adults need to burp after eating similarly, babies also need to be burped after every feeding. Burping helps in the release of air, which babies swallow while drinking milk.   • Dress baby in loose clothing.
