How to use-

  • Take 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • Dilute it with water

  • Let it dry for 15 minutes
  • Wash the lemon juice with cold water.

2. Potato Juice for Pigmentation during Pregnancy: –

Potato juice is rich in antioxidants. It reduces the wrinkles and aging spots from the face. Potato is known to remove the dark circles and dark spots from the face. It is rich in azelaic acid, which helps to reduce the dark spots and pigmentation. 

How to use-

  • Take one potato, peel it and cut it in small pieces
  • Grind the potato and you will get a potato paste
  • Extract the juice from the potato paste

3. Turmeric for Pigmentation during Pregnancy: –

  • Take 1 fresh cut aloe vera leaf

  • Take 1 tbsp. of Orange peel powder
  • Add 1 tsp. of milk and 1 tsp. of honey in it

  • After it is dried naturally, wash the pack with lukewarm water.

6. Licorice for Pigmentation during Pregnancy: –

Licorice helps in melanin production, it reduces the occurrence of free radicals and prevents the premature aging of the skin. Licorice is also good for pigmentation and protects the skin from UV rays. 

How to use-

  • Take 1 tbsp. of Licorice powder
  • 1 tsp. of Sandalwood powder
  • 1 tsp. of Honey
  • 1 tbsp. of Rosewater
  • 1 tsp. of Yogurt
  • Mix all the ingredients properly
  • Apply the pack all over your face
  • Let it dry naturally
  • Wash the Licorice face pack with lukewarm water.

7. Pomegranate: –

  • Add 1 tbsp. of clay in it

  • Wash the pomegranate pack with lukewarm water.

8. Yogurt for Pigmentation during Pregnancy: – 

Yogurt is very good for skin, it helps to make skin soft and smooth. Yogurt is rich in citric and glycolic acid, which reduces the pigmentation.

How to use-

  • Take 1 tbsp. of yogurt
  • Add 1 tsp. of honey in it
  • Add 1 tsp. of oats in the paste
  • Mix all the ingredients properly
  • Apply the yogurt face pack all over your face
  • Let it dry for 20 minutes
  • Wash the yogurt face pack with lukewarm water.

9. Cranberry skin whitening: –

Cranberry is very good for women. It helps to reduce pigmentation and also helps in treating melasma. Cranberries are rich in vitamin C and help to increase collagen production. The nutrients in cranberry help to make skin soft, smooth, and glowing.

How to use-

  • Take 1 cup of Cranberries
  • 1 tbsp. of Cinnamon powder
  • Grind the cranberries to make a paste
  • Add cinnamon powder in it
  • With the help of 1 tbsp. of Honey make a paste of it
  • Apply the cranberry paste on your face and let it dry
  • Wash the cranberry paste with lukewarm water.

10. Almond : –

Almond is one anti-aging ingredient. It is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E, which helps to nourish your skin. Even consuming four almonds daily will help you to brighten and tighten the skin. Applying an almond face pack gives you smooth and supple skin. It helps to remove free radicals from the body. 

How to use-

  • Crush 2-3 almonds in a blender
  • Add 2 tbsp. of honey in it

11. Oatmeal and Tomato: –

Oatmeal is one good exfoliating agent, it helps to make the skin soft and smooth. Tomato is a good bleaching agent, it cleans and clears the skin and also brightens it. 

How to use-

  • Take 2 tbsp. of oatmeal
  • ½ tbsp. of Tomato juice
  • Mix them to make a proper face pack

  • Leave it for 15-20 minutes
  • Wash the face pack with cold water.

12. Green Tea Extract for Pigmentation: –

Green tea extract is very good for depigmentation. It lightens the dark spots and brightens up the skin. Green tea has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to unclog the pores and clear the skin.

How to use-

  • Take one green tea bag and boil it in water for 3-5 minutes
  • Remove the bag from the water and let it cool down
  • Rub the tea bag on your dark spots
