So yesterday was a blah kind of a day. The doctor didn’t really have any news and I was (okay, am) discouraged. So I did what any good girl would do. I baked. I have been wanting to try these cookies for a while and yesterday was the day. They did not disappoint! I love anything smores related!
I didn’t have a muffin top pan, so I used a tablespoon-sized spoon. Then I tried the ice cream scoop. I thought they made pretty big cookies. My man loved them. I prefer to make smaller cookies so that you get more cookies. My man prefers huge cookies. So he was happy. I’ll admit it; they are so good and chewy…the bigger the better in this case!
Go try them. Let me know what you think!
I am not a photographer. Sorry. And the one in the middle? Apparently, in my pregnant state I forgot to add the toppings. Doesn’t look as good, does it?

DUDE!! those look so awesome!!! I have to get the recipe and try them too! my kids love baking, and I LOVE smores!!!!!!!!
why do you tempt me so????
Once you hit 40 weeks time slows to the sloooooooowest crawl possible. I can’t remember – were you “late” with your first? Hang in there! And eat lots of cookies, too
I was induced at 41 weeks and 2 days with the first. Were you late with your first? Yes…the days are dragging. At least it’s nice this week, so I can be out walking…makes me feel like I’m doing something.
Just clicked back to this post and yes, I was late with Bella – went to 41 weeks (except the midwives thought it was 41 weeks 5 days as they used my period dating and not my ovulation dating…they were impressed by my not complete panic to get baby out). Week 40-41 was hard, hard, hard.
Thanks for telling me about these! I shared them on my blog! http://www.myhomemadehappiness.com/2011/06/favorites-from-around-webcookies.html
Thank you for linking up, and I’m glad you liked the cookies! My favorite part, personally, was eating the cookie dough!
